Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Before returning any items please email email@example.com with the nature of your return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The following items are non-refundable:
- Any and All Axes
- Sale or Clearance Items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Returned items cannot be marked, damaged, and must be in their original condition. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Full refunds will be granted ONLY if the above conditions have been met, minus the cost of the initial shipping fee.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Promotions will change on a regular basis, we will not accept returns or grant refunds for the difference in price if you missed a particular promotion.
Returns due to address error
If your order is Returned due to address error (missing unit number, street number or incorrect Postal Code, etc.) you will be responsible for the Return and the Reshipping Fee.
Considering the vast amount of orders WATL is processing on a daily basis, and the speed at which we process them, it is not possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed. Once an order has been placed, it is final.
It is extremely important to review your order to make sure it is correct before submitting it.
Orders are processed immediately after purchase. If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been processed, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: you will be responsible for returning the products in their unopened, original condition.
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it and before the shipment has been processed there will be a 10% restocking fee.
Incorrect or missing items
If you received an incorrect item or order do not open any of the products and contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue. If you open a product, that product will no longer be accepted for a return, credit, or refund.
You MUST send us an email within 24 hours of the package arriving to the shipping address that was provided or the postal outlet in which the package was delivered to.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective AND unusable or damaged from the manufacturer. You must send pictures with your issues within 48 hours of receiving your product. This does not apply to axes that have been used or items that have been worn. Imperfect logos, aesthetic scratches or minor aesthetic imperfections do not qualify for exchanges on axes. You are not allowed to keep the original product. WATL may ask you to discard the product in question.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, if you are sending multiple or expensive items please consider purchasing shipping that includes tracking.
