1. Sponsor
The Aztec Axe Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by:

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Meta, or any other platform used for promotion.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, and any affiliated companies, are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on May 27, 2026 at 12:00 AM [EDT] and ends on June 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM [EDT].
4. How to Enter
A. Purchase Entry
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants will automatically receive one (1) entry for each eligible Aztec Axe purchased from Sponsor’s official online store.
A purchase is not required to enter or win.
B. Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than June 27, 2026 and received no later than July 3, 2026.
Illegible, incomplete, or mechanically reproduced entries are void.
5. Entry Conditions
Each eligible entry, whether obtained through purchase or mail-in entry, will be entered into the random drawing.
Purchase does not increase the odds of winning beyond the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prizes
Two (2) prizes are available to be won.
Each prize consists of one (1) one-of-a-kind engraved Aztec Axe (one Reaper edition and one Spirit edition).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $123.99 per prize.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about July 4th by Sponsor or its designated representative.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by email and/or telephone within [7] days of the drawing.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within [7] days, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
10. Skill-Testing Requirement (Canada Only)
Before being declared a winner in Canada, selected entrants must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.
Failure to correctly answer the question will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or invalid entries.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
12. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city/province/state, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with applicable privacy laws in the United States and Canada and Sponsor’s privacy policy.
14. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.
15. Disputes
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the Province of [Ontario or your chosen province/state] and applicable federal laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Severability
