I was afraid it wasn't going to fit my axe because of the odd shape. I am so happy it fits; I have had a hard time finding a sheath that fits.

Ordered this as a replacement for the terrible, paper-like sheathe that came with my Competition Thrower. Fits well. The adjustability is appreciated. I wish this was the standard sheathe that came with all hatchets by default, so I wouldn't have to match sheathe to axe head if take several of them with me when I go throwing.
It says universal but it did not fit my axe for nothing
I ordered this accidentally because I didn’t realize the axe I ordered came with a sheath already. So it’s still in the plastic wrap LOL.
So the universal axe head sheath is very nice. However... I purchased the axe because I have several Butchers. Rather than reading the entire description, I hit the purchase button. Directly below the header was a "Pair it with" the sheath. So I quickly assumed the new axe did not come with a sheath. It is my fault, but I'd put that further down the page so others don't get confused. I actually don't need the sheath.
