Now whenever a customer or employee questions my judgement, I just point to the wall and say “can you read whose name is on that certificate?” The power has most definitely gone to my head but I do not care. Once I get certified as a judge I’ll be unstoppable

Great course. The only thing I would say, is that I have had multiple requests for a review. This has been very annoying. If I want to review I will. I do not want to feel like I have been put under pressure to do so.
The over all experience if rated on all correspondence would only be 2 stars. Based on the actual product alone i give 5stars
This course/test is comprehensive and a great asset to any WATL venue. I highly suggest all staff at every WATL venue go through the official certification process. I know our staff will.
